Peter Chauncy from McGrath Estate Agents is one of Australia’s leading real estate agents, ranking in the top 5 consistently in the McGrath Estate Agents network and top 10 in the Real Estate Business Top Real Estate Agents in Australia.
Based in Crows Nest and focussing predominantly on the lower north shore market, Peter and his team came to Chronicle Republic wanting to expand their reach online and grow their profile in the local area using the social media channels. Peter’s team had no existing social media presence at the time, it was our job to build their social media presence and channels from scratch.
Over the two years that we worked with Peter and his team we were able to establish significant growth using a strategic plan which focussed on delivering quality content that brought value to potential buyers and sellers in his core area. We established a local focus to create strong affiliation between his team and local area, show expertise in the local market and showcase his community support.
Another key focus was demonstrating the fantastic results his team could deliver by going above and beyond for his clients. To achieve this we created regular case studies, results posts and stories to help potential vendors visualise what they could achieve by working with Team Chauncy.
In addition, making Peter’s personal brand front and centre was another important aspect of the strategy, to build on the human connection and create talking points with clients. We were able to achieve this by working closely with the team to identify the opportunities that made themselves available in the Peter Chauncy personal and work life and documenting these through social media in a professional manner.
